The Bare-eyed Cockatoo are so called because they have a bluish-grey ring around their eyes. These beautiful white parrots are gentle and very playful. They’re good mimics and like to clown around, so you’re Bare-eyed pet will keep you highly amused. These birds will be happiest if you spend a lot of time with them. They need a large cage, but really enjoy spending time outside of their cage. You’ll want to provide a wide of enrichment — music, an occasional treat, lots of toys that you change out frequently. They can make great companions in the right home. Be sure to ask Kenn about Clyde—his Bare-eyed Cockatoo who had some crazy, funny habits!
